Live action Beavis & Butthead movie?
Thursday, March 22nd, 2007
If so, we’ve got one of the leads! No idea what’s up with his forehead. Perhaps something to do with this looking like a mugshot.
Found this pic on boredsheepless, an entertaining blog which also had miss nipple foot and fantastic videos of Morgan “JJ” Freeman and an old-time bike crash.

A dog’s best friend
Thursday, March 22nd, 2007Here’s a great video of a monkey and a dog that have become inseparable after a flood forced the dog into the wild to fend for itself.
Looks like she’s treating the monkey as a baby. Maybe the monkey hooked the dog up with some bananas out in the wild.
“When severe flood waters hit northern Mozambique in 2002, causing misery and extensive damage to property and crops, many animals were left to fend for themselves. But villagers in Caia witnessed a bizarre friendship between a dog and a monkey.
A skinny dog emerged from the bush with a tiny monkey clinging to its back. ”

Solar wii on wheels
Wednesday, March 21st, 2007Tom’s Hardware Guide built a solar powered, mobile Wii setup and took it for a stroll on the Venice boardwalk. Pretty nifty and $1,431.17 isn’t a bad price, especially considering they used a $700 HD monitor.
Check out video of the unit in action.

Give me a home where the bedouins roam
Tuesday, March 20th, 2007“New ‘bedouins’ transform a laptop, cell phone and coffeehouse into their office”
More and more of my friends and colleagues are gaining the luxury of working from anywhere they please. The San Francisco Chronicle has an interesting article that surveys the Bay Area’s bedouin landscape.
I’m not much of a fan of working in coffee houses. I had to hit mute between each time I spoke on a conference call I attempted in a cafe last month. Home office or couch would suit me just fine….
