I was invited to this via my blog and had — and still have — no clue as to what it is or what it means. After seeing these photos……I still don’t.

Basically it’s a bunch of computer nerds getting together to talk about their projects, websites and tech issues. There were 12 presentations last night examples include what a few dotcoms were all about, miami-dade plans for country-wide public wireless and what a few blog write about.

Thanks, cb. How come this explanation appeared nowhere on the invite? A typical irritating computer-nerd tactic: if you don’t know what we’re talking about, you’re unwelcome and probably too stupid to learn. I encounter this everywhere I turn when it comes to technology. Glad I missed it. Thanks again.
